Great video Greg !!! One should only incorporate in Delaware if you need a flexible management structure or you live there and will not be able to get a minimum number of directors as required by some state laws. Delaware allows for a more flexible management structure as you only need 1 director and NO Officers to form a nonprofit there. Also, I see you do NOT have a Thanks button. You should think about putting one up so that guys like me can donate to your cause. Also, are you offering corporate address services still? Also, I think you need to inform nonprofits that do NOT have tax exemption from the IRS they will be subject to the CTA or the Corporate Transparency Act on Jan 1st.

Hello Greg, Barbara here. I made a grave mistake in naming the state for my nonprofit, I have moved and I see better opportunities in other states. I want to change the nonprofit's name because it is stopping our growth. I spoke with someone, and they said I would have to start all over after being incorporated for 10 years. Is this true? Can I use a DBA because in other states, I can open a bank in the DBA name? Thank you for your help.

Thanks Greg, I have 2 Sports Organizations with 501c3 status in Kansas. I think, I have just Kansas Non-Profit status this year but no other than IRS status. Not dealing with KS other than SOS renewal. If I move to another State and register same names and and respite to IRS, Is this okay? What’s the way to do this? Or an option to transfer the registration? I have no assets other than couple thousand dollars donated by me or my business. Please advise.
