What is going on guys??? Some drama unfolded on our second day at the national and man was it nuts! Actually witnessed a guy get caught stealing from one of the tables while sorting through one of the dollar bins!

This guy was apparently filling his backpack with cards when he thought no one was looking. Luckily he was caught and arrested on the spot! Enjoy the video guys and if you attended the national I hope you had as good of a time as I did !

It's never cool to steal, but a man his age makes it even more embarrassing. It looks like we are the same age and my goal in life is to be a kinder and wiser person with each passing year. I guess not everyone wants that through their life's journey. Man, at our age this is the 4th quarter, didn't he learn anything. SMH!

It's the guy I'm thinking about the cards he stole were worth over $60, 000. That makes it larceny and a major felony. That guy's looking at 5 to 10

He risked going to jail, NEVER being able to go to another card show FOREVER, and having himself on video all throughout the card community for stolen cards out of the $1 & $5 dollar "WHAT A DUMBASS" and if he has any kids what an embarrassment for them💯

Stealing cards is not a felony unless it was a huge dollar amount of money worth of cards, under $300 is a citation, over 300 if a misdemeanor I believe anything over 30k is a felony

We here in America need to change our laws.... And adopt laws for thives from forigen COUNTRIES. Like Dubai's.... It'll stop this kind of madness..

in the 90s a guy had his cards laying on a table, not in locked cases. a kid came by, put his binder on top of the cards to look at other ones and when he left, the table was bare. dealer found out the kid had duct tape on bottom of his binder and all the dealers cards were on the binder, people suck, glad the kid got caught

I wonder if there’s a process to catalog and validate everything he stole and exactly which dealer it came from? If so, those cards are likely not returned to the dealer for quite some time, thus making them unavailable for sale/trade during the show. Sucks.

That’s awesome the thief was caught and I commend everyone involved because I hate thieves big time. That being said, everyone was at the National card show and everyone there can safely be assumed is a card collector. Why didn’t anyone ask the police officer to stop throwing around the cards like they were trash? Especially the shop owner who was the victim already. I’m probably just nit picking but that bothered me a bit. Great the guy got the cards back but I wonder if there was any damage to them.

I’ve got ripped off at shows a couple times and it makes you feel really bad! Luckily for us this guys headed to one of the worst jails in Illinois …where it’s not good to be a little white troll
