Yall notice when you chose the horror version of the fox the text at the top reads, "I want to go back". The person uses the headset to escape the scary reality. The headset was possibly cursed with that creature inside, and the other people that we see in the horror mode are possibly ones that use to wear the headset too but then william killed them or terrorized them and putted them as characters in the game. Now It's after her. And their is a note that shows that someone tried to warn her, that person was possibly a survivor.

Or maybe it didn't kill them, just trapped them inside and is now torturing them. Also a lot of people think the 6th guy in the horror mode is in a white jacket, but no, he's actually just shivering. I can tell cus his spot is the same as the polar bears.

Basically, all the cartoons are the people in the horror mode. They all died I specific ways. Like vurr, she put the headset on and she couldn't take it off so she died with it. Peter the pig died by one of his friend/William tied him to a tree and put an apple on his head. They tried to aim for the apple but they shot his eyes instead. Google it up for more lore bout characters
