I've just recently discovered Andre wards shadow boxing videos and they've helped me a lot. The best part is that's there is no ego, he's not shadowboxing to look good or to impress people he's really thinking and taking his time over technique, as a learner his shadow boxing is absolutely a great place to learn how to do it!

Just because of their name does not mean that they are the best shadow boxers in the world. I know a simple old man in his 50s that shadow box to stay in shape in his house. I go to visit him and every time I visit him he is more faster, more better as age goes by. It's amazing how a old man can perform a man in his prime
