This only works on old gen (Xbox 360, PS3)
IT DOESN'T WORK ON NEW GEN (PS4, XBOX ONE) AND IT DOESN'T WORK ON FIFA 17 PS3 OR XBOX 360
IT WORKS ON FIFA 14, 15, 16 PS3, XBOX 360
You can use this with some solid and great teams, that have some really good players that are over 30+ mil
You cannot use it with some bad teams and teams that don't have budget.
Bournemouth, Bilbao, Hull, Ajax etc.
You can always buy financial boost and get 70+ mil

Or you could just change the players to your team at the very start. Not really hard to get players for free it's just boring if you get all the best players
