Love this song, love no man's land too. This video makes me think about my grandfather. He was a Canadian immigrant, who got his US citizenship and enlisted in the navy in WWII. While he was in the Pacific fighting for his adopted country his first wife wrote him a dear John letter. She told his son's that he was killed in the war and told him that she was leaving him for another man, and that she had sold their home while he was overseas. He came home to nothing(my great grandfather had passed while he was in the Pacific, and my great grandmother had sold their home and move to California). He met my grandmother and started over, had my mom and uncle and lived a long life. His will is an inspiration and has carried me through my darkest times. This song hits home, and I've had it on repeat since it released. Thank you The Raven Age for creating music and songs with substance that have deep meaning.

This song reminds me of a great great uncle of mine I didn't know existed until I was 14. He died in Italy during WWII. No one talked about him or even remotely mentioned him until I saw his name and picture beside my great grandpa's picture in a WWII memorial exhibit in a local mall.

Holy shit!
I had very high expectations but this just went well beyond. The song and video together is just a masterpiece. The slow build up to around 1:10. Then Matt's high belt when the women breaks down is so fitting. The video really hits you in the feels, It makes you wonder, would you go back for a loved ones letter or leave it.
