Astrobiology SciComm Guild: 2023 February Meeting

Please join us at our Kick-Off Guild 2.0 meeting on Wed., Feb. 15th at 12 Pacific / 3 Eastern time.
We will present an intro to Guild 2.0, then feature two speakers. We are partners with the NASA Science Activation program, a group of science education teams across the US doing public engagement / education programs. Wednesday, we will hear from our first SciAct team as well as a speaker with an astrophotography opportunity for you.
Agenda on Feb. 15 will be as follows:
Welcome and overview (10 min.)
NASA SciAct Earth to Sky team: opportunity to communicate NASA science to visitors at parks and nature centers (30 min.)
Claire of Astronomy with Claire: opportunity for women astrophotographers to help combat Imposter Syndrome (5 min.)
Q&A, wrap up (15 min.)
