Solution to Shark Robot not charging or working

Omg, my neighbor gave me a nice used Shark vacuum. It wouldn't charge. Your video was the first one that I watched and I didn't even see the switch on the side!! Duh!!!

Well, I feel like the biggest idiot in the world! I have two of these shark Robo vacuums, and was ready to throw both of them away. I’m so glad I watched this before throwing them out. Note to self, next time an electronic doesn’t work check to make sure it’s actually turned on! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Yep! I had no idea it had a power button. WOW! How dumb of me! I thought it was broken, but i guess it bumped into something while vacuuming, and the switch flipped off. OMG! WOW! I still can't believe i didn't know that! Thanks for your help!

What's the solution if the power button is already on and it doesn't respond when placed properly?

I have read so many blogs and threads, talked to so many customer support reps but still have no answer. You seem very knowledgable so maybe you will my Shark has trouble docking. Every attempt, if successful, takes about 15 minutes. It hits, spins, goes forward, etc but then wanders off without docking. Recently it has started having difficulty backing up when docking. It will inch forward, engage reverse and go nowhere. It will just stop and wait or the battery dies. There is no notification when this happens. Any thoughts on what Sharklock Homes is doing?
