Stack Effect Demonstration

Stack effect is a phenomenon that occurs in buildings that can cause air leaks to occur when there is no wind blowing and no fans running. When we get a large enough temperature difference between the inside and outside of the building, warm air rises and escapes at the top of the building in the Winter and cold air falls and escapes at the bottom in the Summer. Sam demonstrates stack effect in this video using his air tightness test chamber.
