For something which is going to tell me how to find “profile” (where my phone tells me it is saving downloads), this is remarkably dopey. The one thing it does not tell me is where is the profile where my downloads are. Obviously not a clue. Why is it so hard to find downloads? Easy question. It is an iPhone made by Apple.

Retired and disabled but new router was shipped, as they said it was bad as we have fiber optics. We can't get it work even if it shows connected, this is crazy. I can't set out home SSID or our password or one for guest. We don't own a computer, can't afford it as $5 dollars after bills are paid. It will be 2 weeks before fiber optic tech arrives. This why I think they change software, problems all over town. I have to use bank bill pay as 2 boxes of checks are $90. I have to setup payments and after 13 calls, customer service even a tech couldn't help. I think they change software on purpose to require new router to charge more as contract agreement comes up showing more money each month. We can't wait and need help. Children don't live in town and I don't trust a library if open.
