The difference is the slotted brake rotors because the Z51 has better stopping power.

Good package for someone who doesn't track the car, doesn't want to pay to maintain track parts, and wants it to look decent from the factory.

I orders zf1. It said something about coming with a front splitter if you look in their site. I can't find anything on the threads to confirm that. My guess is chevy had a typo. Any thoughts?

Mike can you share the ride quality difference between a z51 and a zf1? Also with a zf1, does the steering wheel get stiffer with the drive mode select, because I believe that is the case with the mag feature on the z51. Essentially what does the mode select do for a zf1. Thank you for your input.

That's the problem with being around nice things too long you can lose appreciation of them...who cares? Me....closing a door like that makes me cringe...no big deal to you though evidently since it's not your 60K. Accept the criticism and learn from it instead of blowing it off.

I don't like the concept of the Z51.  I don't like a package that makes a Vette look like something it's not.  Either buy the Z51 or have your Vette look like what it is, the base model, and there's nothing wrong with that.  When I see a Vette on the street that looks like a Z51, I don't want to have to guess if it's a ZF1 or a Z51; I want to know that it's a Z51.  But it's an easy way for the General to make more money, so I guess I shouldn't complain.
