What you really need to consider:

My Emove Cruiser S battery stopped holding it's charge after only 4 months(I bought it only 6 months ago so it's a semi recent model). They reluctantly agreed to replace the battery under warranty but it's 6 months later and I have yet to receive it..all different excuses each time I have to go through the time and effort of inquiring "Where is it?"..

"It's coming from China" "It's stuck at customs"..blah blah blah

If you're considering buying one of their Emove Cruiser Scooters(there's a new model out) I strongly suggest rethinking that decision. What good is a reasonable price and longer range if you can't use it. This apparently happens to a lot of people.

I saw all the negative posts and thought it wouldn't happen to me..

I got this one on launch in NYC, so worth it, I ride from south bronx to midtown commuting to work.

This will be my first escooter. It arrives in 2 days. I feel like it will be a good starter scooter for me to learn on since I'm coming from riding sport motorcycles. I'm also 5' 10" and 200 lbs so I was looking for something that would be good for my weight. If I enjoy this, I think I will eventually move to a dual motor scooter with more speed.

I have seen great reviews of the scooter but I have also read message boards where voro motors' customer service has been horrendous and they don't honor the warranty. We will see how this works out.

AVOID SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SCOOTERS.

Recently, I experienced the worst customer service imaginable from Voromotors. Upon receiving the scooter, I discovered several damaged parts, rendering it completely unusable. Despite contacting customer service, their solution was to merely send replacement parts and expect me to handle the repairs myself. This response feels like a joke considering I paid the full price for a scooter that arrived broken and unusable. This lack of accountability is outrageous, especially considering I paid full price for a dysfunctional scooter that hasn't even turned on since its arrival. To add insult to injury, they didn't even offer a partial refund. I'm sharing my story to warn others against purchasing from a company that lacks any semblance of customer support.

It's not worth the cost if Voro Motors doesn't honor shipping warranties and wants to charge the customer a restocking fee when the product arrives NEW, but damaged due to shipping. Addionally, if more damage is incurred when returning the scooter, the customer is also responsible. BUYER
