A part of me misses the days when they used to pull stuff from public domain. Made it easier when English class covered Shakespeare, but I like in-multiverse stuff more for the most part.

Though not funny, one of my favorite flavor texts in recent times has been from “Late to Dinner” from MH2.

“I knew you were set in your ways, friend, but even I didn’t expect you to keep our engagement, given the circumstances.”

It’s just all about a guy not letting his death keep him from having dinner with his friend and it just such a beautiful mix of wholesome and sad at the same time.
