I just ordered one, too. I bought one for the milk and one for the juice. As we get older, it's getting harder to lift things. And those juice jugs are so heavy and bulky. I was debating on getting these. There were so many mixed reviews. Love hate didn't work after a week. Milk spoiled faster. I'm glad I found you doing a review on it. I trust yours. Plus, it's just fun watching your happy, excited expressions when something works right.

It looks like the bottle should be resting on its side (like on the second shelf down) and you lift the glass up against the trigger to dispense the product, as the stream of the juice (when the bottle is standing) almost overshoots the glass.

I have one of these. Really great for milk when I tried it. The only thing is that you have to rinse RIGHT after (by running it through water) you finish using up the gallon, or else the milk will settle in and that would be gross! #lessonlearned
