This is a great movie to start with now i understand every one has the right to their opinions but first off i think it is crazy for people to think the characters should look just like the animated video game or animated movie this is a live action movie based on the game this is a different story and style of characters and that is great and people don't seem to understand that i mean damn if you like the movie great if you don't like the movie ok but i don't understand why people who don't like this movie or other movies click on the movies or videos they don't like and start talking shit about it if you don't like it don't watch it or better yet don't comment about it if you don't have anything nice or good to say about it good lord man thanks and God bless

this wasnt a jean claude van damme movie, it was an original like tmnt and mortal kombat. What they did to this movie is like if they made Raiden in mortal Kombat the main character and he was played by steven seagul.

i dont think this should of even been a van damme movie, i think the wilson brothers should of been ken (owen) and ryu (luke), dolph lundgren should of been guile, the movie should of focused on ken and ryu like the video game, blanca should of been some body builder, anyone would of done bcuz of make up but i like lou ferrigno, he was 42 at time wilson brothers were in late 20s, they should of wore the right gis for the movie, ryu wears a red bandana how do u not get that right? Peter Mensah as dhalsim, zangief was fine but i would put donald gibb in there. I think the cast and the way they look is almost as important as the movie itself. I was 10 when this came out, mortal kombat was the shit, this movie sucked dick. (rant done haha)
