Olympia camp has begun.

On Friday, September 1st, I left my family and flew out to Denver to train with my coach Watty at the Armbrust Pro Gym - the same gym where Phil trained for his Olympia wins, and now where I'll be training for my 5th. Day 1, chest workout, groceries, and getting adjusted to being in a new atmosphere - getting a little better every day.
