This rich and decadent chocolate dessert is the perfect ending to a Keto/Low Carb dinner. Even vegetarians and vegans can enjoy it. This Mexican Chocolate Mousse only takes about 10 minutes and a handful of ingredients to make. You can customize it to your taste and preferences.

2 overly ripe avocados (medium size)
1/4 cup & 1 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sweetener *
1/4 cup & 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1.5 tsp. Saigon (smoked) cinnamon
1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut cream (at room temperature and silky smooth)
1/2 cup whipping cream (optional)
several drops of liquid Stevia (optional)
You may need to add a bit more cocoa and/or Swerve if you can still taste the avocado in it.
