Shoulder Shrugs on the machine is my favourite exercise for traps. Much nicer than dumbells and easier on the wrists than a barbell. Just my opinion!

This was the last set and was a Drop Set with 220kg, 190kg, 160kg and finally 120kg.

Killed me haha..

If you try not to use your legs as much it lets the traps do most of the work which isolates them to grow more :)
