Today, Moon discusses Honkai: Star Rail's v2.4 Tier List after the Release of Jiaoqiu, Yunli, and Hunt March 7th to see where changes have been made in the Meta! Robin deserves to be T0 in all modes. While she is harder to play with compare to Sparkle and Ruan Mei, she offers better ceilings in most teams aside from break. Even replacing teams that uses Sparkle.

Speaking of Sparkle, imo, I think she was over rated when she was first release. Because now we see that she doesn't offer much ceiling compare to Robin. Being able to 100% av forward all allies instead of 50% to one ally is busted and in a turn based game, more turns is always valuable. Which is also why Bronya has been seeing more light. Plus in Robin team, your dps can run spd boots for 134 spd because Robin's ult gives a ridiculous amount of atks. Robin can also do good personal dmg during her ult which can be helpful.

I see Sparkle on the same tier as Bronya imo. She's not as insane as we thought she were when she was first released. But like other harmony units, she's still a great harmony unit to have. You can only have one Robin, Sparkle, bronya, RM per team.

I just did an easy clear on side 2 of MOC 12 with Boothill, Ruan Mei, Jiaoqiu, and Gallagher. Cleared about as fast as I did with Imaginary Trailblazer. Definitely not better but a nice replacement if you want to save MC for your Firefly team, for example. He also performs nicely in a triple dot comp with Kafka and Black Swan. Gives Raun Mei a break for a second team. He honestly just seems flexible. Not a better option than anyone outside of Acheron but a very easy character to fit into different teams. I think that gives him a lot of value. Plus I'm sure their will be more Acheron like characters in the future that will definitely want him.

One change they also made is they moved Guinaifen from specialist to Amplifier and put her in ranked her up a tier.
Imo this makes a lot of sense bcz Guinaifen's not there for the damage, but similar to JQ she's there for the debuffs.
Seeing her rise up is always a win cz she doesnt get nearly enough love from what I've seen.

Favorite video game goes to Honkai today, been playing it a ton recently because I pulled Jiaoqiu! And it only took 30 pulls and now we’re in the Lingsha waiting room. Loved the video hope you have a good rest of your day Destiny!

Hanya should def move up a tier/some tiers:
•10% atk (2 units)
•43% dmg buff for multiple chars
•ST ult buff for 4 turns that includes:
•(my hanya if i calculated correctly. 37 speed
•70% atk
•SP positive
•deals toughness dmg
And she looks extremely good while doing it
In the current moc i heard she is better than sparkle bc of the moc buff

JQ just got bumped up to tier 0.5 in pure fiction along side Acheron. Which makes a lot of sense given the vast improvement JQ provides Acheron in PF.

A lot of these tier list are determined by how fast you can clear. The supports are all great. However, some are slightly better because they allow for less cycles and faster clears through efficient SP kits. The line between .5 and 0 can be paper thin. Gear, player skill level all come into play. The tier list just show all things being equal, what teams clear the fastest based on user data. Which we should all take with a grain of salt.

If we get a pure fiction with all fire weakness on one side, I kinda want to try super break Jiaoqiu... with solitary healing he gets his ult so fast in PF, and that lightcone also gives break effect. His vulnerability debuffs boost the break damage too, I think.

I've been liking him with Dan Heng IL too, since he doesn't need to use his skill pretty much at all, and his debuffs are up 100% of the time... now if we get someone like him that boosts basic attack instead of ult damage...

My E6 Jade is my favorite. She pumps out a ton of damage no matter the content Im playing and is versatile--works with many other DPS characters--and is quite fast. Hell, she can be a prime DPS real easily if you want to do something like a Robin, Bronyo, Jade setup.

Truth be told though, a lot of it comes down to which Eidolon you have on your characters. That goes without saying. But man she is fun. Cant wait to try her out with Feixaio. Saw a v4 beta build with them and Fei and Jade are monsters together.

I'd like to see a tier list based on build types. So a tier list for a break team, one for a debuff team etc. That would probably help a lot for players like me that end up having a varied amount of players but it seems like one build needs that one specific player I don't have.

It’s kinda nice now having Robin when during her release everyone was saying she was a worse ruan mei. Now everyone is sad they skipped her

With the new FUA character coming out the value of Topaz and Robin have shot up. I still don't understand this tier list with Fu Xuan lower than Aventurine since yea he is the best for FUA teams and is noob friendly but Fu has more team versatility. I would have both of them valued equally. If I am not mistaken that tier list ranks the 5 stars at E0, so as for Bronya at E0 she is very SP heavy and is tough to play around where Tingyun is easier to manage and give energy, so I feel her placement is fine. My favorite game at the moment is the Elden Ring with the new DLC.
