Get ready to improve your flexibility and ease tension with this 20-minute stretching routine! In this video, I’ll take you through a series of seated and standing stretches designed to target all areas of your body. From seated side stretches to releasing tension out from your hips, you'll feel relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of this session.

We'll start with seated stretches to warm up your body before moving on to standing poses such as low lunge to half split and reverse warrior to side angle pose. These dynamic stretches will help to increase mobility in your hips, legs, and spine. In addition to traditional yoga poses, we'll also incorporate some unique stretches like child's pose to kneeling pose and yogi squat to add variety and challenge to your routine.

For your convenience there is a countdown sound at the end of each exercise that signals about ending, as well as there are voice instructions that are navigating you through each pose and provide a better understanding of the technique.

Whether you're an experienced yogi or a beginner, this video is suitable for all levels and can be done from the comfort of your own home. So grab a mat, set aside 20 minutes, and get ready to stretch and breathe your way to a happier and healthier you!
