I just discovered Aimee Cross, and she has quickly become my favorite genealogist on YouTube. She is clear, informative and gets straight to the point. Always worth my time.

Good thought to follow the local libraries in research areas.

Another topic I would find helpful is how to share my findings. I have sent "Ancestry invites" to view my family tree, but for various reasons few people accept the invite. I suspect that most people want to view a hardcopy of my research, or a stand alone "pdf" file. So my hope is that you develop a few segments on what to include in research that I will share with family, and how to do it.

-What questions include: Should I have a "dry" list of names and dates starting with me? or some common ancestor that everybody knows? Maybe I should start with some common 2nd great grandfather and list all the descendants so we can see how all the cousins are related. Maybe I should have pictures and stories of the ancestors? Maybe a list of noteworthy ancestors and how we are related to them? Clearly there are many deep, time consuming rabbit holes that we can go down. If we aren't careful, we can get overwhelmed and not create any output. Maybe you have some good suggestions on what type of output to start with?

-How Questions include: How should I create these outputs. In my experience, Ancestry does not seem to have much in the way of outputs formats. I am impressed with the list out outputs available from "Family Tree Maker" the computer program I use. I sync Ancestry to my Family Tree Maker tree because Ancestry is easier to use. Once again, what do you recommend for creating these documents?

Thanks for all the work you do putting together YouTube segments. I know it is very time consuming

Are there any non-American channels on YouTube. These are about how to do research in the USA.

I like WikiTree.Their mission is to build a single world tree similar to Family Search, put with sources. It is all free, and they really push listing sources so that it is easier to verify the information.

I would like to see you do a segment that concentrates on researching the woman in our trees. I know you have touched on this in some of your videos, but it would be helpful to put all of your women researching tips in one video. I sure you have some tips you you haven't had a chance to share yet too!
