Yup...for all you personal growth junkies out there this may very well be what radically changes your life. So many people preach that knowledge is the ultimate power and we should read as many books as possible but not enough people are preaching that the real power lies within the execution and implementation of that knowledge. Only ignorant people refuse knowledge learning and studying is one of the strongest habit that makes everyone successful when you are educated you understand everything in a right way when you are illiterated you don't understand anything but you take actions it's like to play chess without knowing it. That means you lose only then you become loser. )

I know that problem very well. In the last 12 months I gained a lot of knowledge. It helped me to see that their is a better option how to live life than the most people do it. But I implementet only less information. A month ago I realized that fact a now I really try to implement my gained knowlege. My main goal is to become more present and leave the "Monkey Mind" state. So I made it a part of my daily routine to meditate and write a list with things I'm thankfull for. Maybe some other tips on implemting daily habits to become more present and happy to be? And again a great video :)

For those who read self-help books, I guess. Good idea - quit reading those. Read something actually good.
An example would be nice. Name an action you took--other than talking about not reading. You do know you said the same thing a bunch of times.
