Having a little bit of chocolate mixed in with “healthy” food with no ideas of it only being a treat or being earned or having guilt attached to it is so lovely! My sisters are super strict with their kids (like one small candy per day at max) and I kind of worry about what that teaches and if they’ll end up binging on sweets later in life
