Florida seems oddly incapable of recruiting a natural leader at QB, since Tebow. With the exception of Grier (maybe Del Rio, though he can't stay healthy) Florida has been saddled with some of the most mentally weak QB's, I have ever seen play on this level. They have no natural energy, or authority, awareness, pocket presence. They have no inherent intangibles, spirit. It's kinda weird. Go watch ANY college football team, no matter how bad. And you will see EVERY Qb with that basic competitive heart, poise, and will. I don't understand Florida's recruiting QB's this decade. All of those defenses since Meyer's last NC team, has been NC caliber. But they can't recruit just a gutty game manager? It's weird.
