In this webinar, Prof. Francesca Heathcote Executive Director of the Master of Science in Real Estate & Partner of Teresa Sapey reviewed a set of past and present city-models such as, for example, the Garden City, the Modernist City and the Smart City to understand what strategies may or may not be transferable, while also recognising that each city is its own, complex, unique and context-driven entity.
