I watched this while sipping tea alone, and it reminded me of my father. He passed at 72, always saying he’d rest “someday.” I now pause each morning, breathe deeply, and remind myself—this is the moment. Thank you for such a gentle, powerful reminder. 🙏

thank you...💙
i am 63, have never lived more fully than NOW, my creativity soared like an eagle at age 58/59, learning now becomes a life goal, relationships i see totally different than 10 years ago, and as i know i am nearing the time to depart, truth, honesty, loyalty, joy, beauty, laughter, carefreeness take on a different meaning. Life IS short...yet sooo full of wonder, of new insights, new moments, each precious, sacred as never before.
people used to say, getting old is a burden....i find it is bringing me closer to happiness
true, we slow down, but is that not a good thing? finally we have time to fully see, feel, hear, touch, taste and internalize with our soul.
this video so spoke to me, again, thank you for getting it out here💙

The tragedy isn’t forgetting life, but having lived it unconsciously. Clara’s words echo a quiet truth many don’t realize until too late.

Such a thoughtful and peaceful approach to aging. The idea of spending life wisely and being present in each moment really resonates with me. It’s a reminder that the quality of our years matters more than the quantity. I’m definitely going to reflect on these teachings and try to apply them as I move forward. Thank you for sharing this beautiful perspective!

12:54 Not a single word wasted in this video. The analogy of life being like a river (keep flowing, don't cling to either bank) will stay with me. Thank you, Quiet Wisdom.

I'm taking away the "deathbed perspective" exercise. It's a powerful way to re-evaluate what truly deserves my precious time and energy. Thank you for this thoughtful reflection.
