Experts warn many professions likely to be replaced by AI in the not-so-far future

The bright promise of artificial intelligence (AI) is that it will create new jobs and opportunities, but the dark mirror of this future is the professions replaced by AI, leaving people with no jobs and few prospects.

Even those most optimistic about a future filled with AI admit it will come with its fair share of pain.

"Innovation in capitalism does have an aspect of creative destruction," said Zach Boyd, the director of Utah's new Office of Artificial Intelligence.
