You can also wipe your ass with sand paper, not a good idea either.

On my next project, if you take your paint tray and flip it upside down... Boom! You've got a hood scoop.

You can also use it to paint your ceiling

Yess!! I've used house paint on all my cars...just cleared it with auto paint..and it lasted yrs!! No fading! Plus it's WAYYY! cheaper and u have a load of diffrent colors to choose from without going broke! This is awesome!! Looks great!! ❤

Thanks for doing this! I see a lot of trolls in the comments but this video and method is legit. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy non-automotive paint and a lot of us have a budget

without the proper primer... that paint will be popping off within 4 months.... oil base will always lay down better and give you a better shine... a can of white rustoleum oil with a capfull of paint thinner will give you a much better finish and probably cheaper than the house paint...

I remember my dad spent 2 week painting a mobile home with latex paint. Rained real hard for 2 days and when we went outside the trailer was the original color and the ground and beige latex paint. Never apply latex to aluminum without metal etching primer. Ah the good old days

All fun & games until some poor bastard on the highway, gets a face full of latex paint shaped vaguely like your roof, because you dont know about primer. 👍

"True Story", I painted the Ford Pick Up Green in the middle of the Florida Orange Grove with House Painted in 1978.
Had to cover that Gray in order to make it from Polk County back to Orlando without getting jumped by Police.

I'd use oil based paint with an accelerant, but latex is just nuts...

Yeah it works good if you’re just storing it out back for a few months and don’t want it to keep rusting, and it power wash is off pretty easy!

Pressure washer: I am going to rip the hell out of that paint from that roof.

My neighbor was born 1915 he passed in 2013. He was a pap to me. I'm 37 now. Growing up in the 90s. Mr. Firm paid me every year or two to brush paint his Ford trucks. We live in Ohio and his early 70's F100s didn't have any rust and he always had me keep up with mechanical maintenance and the result was trucks that ran well and never rusted out. They were blue because of an abundance of paint. He used the trucks for truck stuff. Hauling scrap, coal, lawn tractors. Mt next firewood truck I believe I will continue the house painting practice

If you take your time it'll still look like crap.

my friend pulled a 84 f150 out of the weeds the paint was horrible bit no rust 63, 000 original confirmed miles 4 speed 300 cui i6 leaks like hell and we covered it with red house paint and i swear that paint is a 1/4 inch thick and that truck will live forever with all the paint and (rust preventative) leaking everywhere
