I've seen them leak air more than once from the hole the throttle return spring sits into.

I would wait on the nitrous until you get your pipe and dyno results. You have so much into this, I'm sure the nitrous will be darn near hard to fathom the power, but I fear the bearings and clutch won't remain in their original locations for too many runs :) That 1" exhaust performs exceedingly well but is noticeably less aggressive. Even with that carb and exhaust, you buried the blade, and it effortlessly wanted more cellulose. Awesome build! Nitrous is going to be beyond belief with a tuned pipe configuration, like an afterburner on a jet.

Do you think that the low temp welding rods from benz-o-matic or Hobart would work, I am kinda curious myself I know jb weld is some darn good stuff, I wonder sometimes about its sealing qualities awesome sounding beast!!!
