Dude there are so many more smooth ways to put a card on the top of the deck and the guy just straight up takes the card and puts it up there.

Always do final cut. If they shuffle after, final cut again. Also don't forget to ask your opp to cut your deck too. This is to make sure they don't stack your deck if they shuffle it. Personally I shuffle my own deck and then place it flat on the middle of the table and ask how they want it cut for final cut and do it from there without lifting the bottom of my deck from the table. If they want to grab my deck for final cut I let them. Most just cut from where I left my deck either way. If they do the final cut like they're supposed to, no harm, but if they shuffle it again I put the deck back to middle of the table and ask for final cut. If they have a problem it's almost a safe bet they stacked your deck, just say, "Final cut and shuffling are two different things, you've shuffled my deck now please do the final cut."

I always either power shuffle or quad shuffle my opponents deck, then offer the same, if they don't, I always triple cut my own deck. Cheaters like this don't need to be in ANY way playing the game in ANY tournaments!!!

Idk back when I played we could shuffle anyway we wanted to. Your oppent could also cut your deck in such a way that it's basically a shuffle. I guess timea have changed.
