This isnt really in south wales anymore with the exception of a few places st fagans welsh heritage museum and a few pubs i believe the decline was due to a member of organised religion demonised it im from south wales i kinda think if they did go around drinking they might of ended up worse for wear and become a drunken nuisance that would have got old
