I love your classroom set up. It pays to be organized and you are doing a darn good job at it. I got that fight toy set for my parents and also the wooden hand puzzles for them and it helps with their stress and anxiety they have since having a stroke. Love those!!! I even have them making simple little things with the clay the dries up and my grandkids paint the lil items and use for magnets on their magnet boards.

I didn’t know you were a teacher. I’m a teacher too! I teach 2nd- grade and we’re going into our 5th week. You gave me great ideas for creating a cool down area because “Oh child” I need one! You’re extremely organized and have a plethora of resources. I love the options for available for your early finisher. I need the independent reading response resources, cool down, writing prompts, etc. . Are you on TPT? If not, do you mind sharing? We’re using Benchmark this year for reading and everyone is so lost right now, so any help to living up the small group options will be helpful.
