Thousands mourn Benedict XVI at funeral celebrated by pope

With bells tolling, thousands of faithful, political leaders and the pope himself mourned Benedict XVI, the German theologian who made history by resigning, at a rare requiem Mass Thursday for a dead pontiff presided over by a living one.

The pope can't save you. Turn to Yahusha- Jesus, which HE is able to save. Religion can't save you. JESUS says he's the only way to the FATHER. Read your Bible forsake your sin lest a worse thing happen to you. Believe the gospel. Let the dead bury their dead!

The Gospel (good news) is this...
1... Jesus is God born in the flesh.
2.. He sacrificed His perfect life for our sins so we could turn to him.
3... He was buried in the earth.
4... He rose up again three days later to His glory and our salvation.
Jesus said " repent and believe the Gospel"... Luke 24:46-47
Repentance involves being convicted of sin by the Holy Spirit (John 16:8) and desiring Christ more than old willful sins that have no life in them. What is sin? Use the "moral law" of the 10 commandments (Exodus 20). Paul wrote about this in 1st Timothy chapter 1 and Romans 3:19-20. The Catholic church does not teach simple true salvation.
Paul said beware of false Gospels in Galatians 1:7-10...He said again what the gospel is in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. He who brings a false Gospel is accursed. In Ephesians 1:13 it is stated how when one hears this gospel and truly believes (the Greek word is pisteuo..to trust in) they are saved and receive the holy spirit.
The Catholic church is false...people don't even read the Bible before joining a church! Trust in the worthy character of God Almighty!
