Thank you for the tutorial. The only problem I have is that when I displayed back the value that user select for country, it shows the country_id, not the country_name. I want user to see back what country that she/he has selected.

thanks it worked BT how do I duplicate state ...for example I want a user to select all states he has visited in that country ...how do I duplicate the state to take more than one value

Very Nice tutorial.. How about filtering a html table contents based on one column value in another html table on the same page. ie table one when you use tab to go to a column called town, then it shows in 2nd table all other people from the same town. Thus filter one html table based on another html table column
