12 Month Old Snowboards for the 1st Time // Burton After School Special

I grew up snowboarding and so getting my boy on a snowboard as soon as possible was a high priority for me. The Burton After School Special combined with the riglet reel is the only snowboard that I could find that would even make sense for a 12 month old. We also got the snowboard sock to practice riding year around indoors on the tile or carpet. I was blown away by how easy he pick it up! We're having another baby in July which means we might be able to get Brady's brother on a snowboard as early as 6 months old! We shall see.

What's up everyone!? So stoked to have you here at the Active Dad community! My name is Jimmy and I have an amazing wife named Meg. We live in Arizona with our son, Brady, that was born in January of 2020. He such a sweet, happy boy and has learned a lot already. We got him a helmet to fix plagiocephaly around 5-1/2 helmets so be sure to follow along with his progress! My wife and I are both very active people who love camping, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding and many others. Probably the thing that I'm most excited about with being a parent, is teaching my kids about all the fun activities there are to do in this world that I love.
