What just happened and why do I feel so clean now

Sweet. I've been a reiki master healer for 20 years and for some reason I never resonated with the idea of sending a treatment through a video. I've been doing a lot more distance reiki lately, with the COVID-19 crisis and all, so I guess that has opened me up to this idea more! I've been sending lots of distance reiki through time to folks and this morning I even sent it through time to myself to arrive during my meditation and IT WAS WONDERFUL! I will be blogging and sharing about this as much as I can. A wonderful affirmation of self-love! Athena, have you tried it yet?
