Definitely a "moss" complete and interesting analysis for that block. It's also worth mentionning that the moss block/carpet retains the same color in every biome, unlike the grass block.

You forgot moss converts to dirt under large spruces this allows you to grow dirt from stone making dirt a renewable resource for the first time.

As a builder, tuff is actually pretty epic since it is the perfect block to blend stone into deepslate seamlessly, making a full stone gradient possible, and adds better variation in stone structures than andesite, without making it too jarring.

more aesthetic uses:
- lawn / "grass" patches in the desert
- covering hillside dirt part of grass blocks
- flowery patches on grass (with flowering azalea bushes)
- soil for your indoor plants when you don't have silk shovel yet
- adding texture to your lawns (alternating it with grass blocks and green concrete powder)
- hanging glowberries from trees

Another nice quirk about the moss carpet is that it's not flammable, meaning that you can place near lava or in the nether without fear of it burning. The downside is that you can't use it as fuel in a furnace.

I really appreciate how straightforward your videos are! So many people with long intros and rambling that I have to skip past or speed up. You're one of the very few Minecraft youtubers I'm subscribed to because all your content is great!

Who would've thought what was once one of the most useless tools in the game would become one of the most useful, able to insta mine some of the hardest blocks

I wanted to dig a 128 x 128 perimiter by hand to get more diamonds, since using tnt flying machines can be laggy, dangerous (while mining) and I can miss multiple blocs. With the moss trick I can doo all of that in a more reasonable time. Thanks for the video.

That transition at 2:01 from the pixel art bedrock logo to the moss patch was very creative

Just wanted to thank you because I'm a newer player and all the stuff in the game can be pretty overwhelming, but your videos are so straight forward and helpful!

Moss is great especially if you have a skeleton spawner farm. Also good for skyblock being able to grow trees like spruce on it to convert the moss blocks into podzol, which can be turned into normal easy dirt blocks by mining it with a regular shovel. Moss blocks has a ton of uses it's one of my favorite blocks

you forgot that you can take moss to a stone generator, convert the cobble to moss, grow large spruce on the moss which converts it to podsol, which you can then make a grass path, till the grass path with a hoe to make farmland, which will naturally decay back into dirt, and badda bing badda boom, you just made dirt a renewable resource. (Or you can dig it up at the podzol stage) Great for skyblock because wandering traders sometimes sell moss (and spruce!), and dirt is a PREMIUM in skyblock.
