The guys from riot announced on reddit they are bringing back all of last years Halloween skins along with new ones for this years Halloween :)

It's a skin, which is listed as limited available. It won't come back because it isnt a Halloween skin, it was released for ne the new 3v3.

This is one of 34 skins that was re-released in 2013 to the players in hopes to make these skins more common. Riot has not stated that these skins will return in the near future, but it is a possibility. However, These skins are still attainable in the MG system.

the harrowing skins have been put in the store between the 16-19 before but they've said the skins are coming at the end of the month. plus only available for 3 days? Riot wouldn't do, that they give players a lot of time to get the skins.

They announced limited edition skins returning near 3 weeks ago, completely unrelated to a YouTube comment, lol.

Nope. This, Underworld TF and Headless Hecarim were released to celebrate the new Twisted Treeline. There was a vote in the forum, about whether they should come back at some time. The majority said no. This won't be available again this Halloween. Sry for that.
