Have you ever heard the story of #zulqarnain and the mysterious beings called #yajoojandmajooj (also known as #gogandmagog)? It's in #surahkahf verse 83 of the #Quran. The story goes that there was a king who traveled to different places three times. Along the way, he came across strange creatures like Gog and Magog, and he decided to lock them behind a strong iron wall. But why did he do this? And why is this story in the Quran?

The Wall of Ya'juj and Ma'juj, also known as Gog and Magog, is a significant element in Islamic eschatology and folklore. According to Islamic tradition, Ya'juj and Ma'juj are two tribes or nations that are characterized as being corrupt and causing mischief on Earth. They are mentioned in the Quran in Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave), where it describes how Dhul-Qarnayn, a righteous ruler, built a barrier or wall to contain them.

The wall of Yajooj and majooj is described as being constructed of iron and copper and being so strong that Ya'juj and Ma'juj are unable to breach it. They are confined behind this barrier until a time appointed by Allah. According to Islamic belief, when the Day of Judgment draws near, Ya'juj and Ma'juj will break through this wall of Yajooj o majooj and wreak havoc on Earth, symbolizing a period of great chaos and tribulation.

The exact location and nature of the wall of yajooj and majooj are subjects of interpretation and debate among scholars. Some interpret it as a symbolic barrier representing the division between good and evil, while others speculate about its physical existence in a specific location on Earth. However, there is no conclusive evidence to verify the existence of such a wall of yajooj and majooj in the physical world.
