Cheryl says last goodbye to ex Liam Payne as she joins One Direction stars & Simon Cowell at funeral

CHERYL led a raft of A-list mourners including his One Direction bandmates and Simon Cowell at Liam Payne's funeral today.

They joined his girlfriend Kate Cassidy outside the church where Liam was laid to rest just over a month after he passed away aged just 31.

The black casket with silver handles was adorned with white roses.

A red floral tribute reading "son" and a white "daddy" from Liam's son Bear were placed on top of a white carriage drawn by two horses with plumes.

The star's heartbroken parents Geoff and Karen followed behind in a black Mercedes people carrier.

Remember Liam was a drug addict and he died in a foreign country buying drugs and breaking that country’s laws. This is nothing to admire or celebrate.
