I think people really under-appreciate that it has 25% less volume than the last generation. A quarter less space while achieving same battery life and 50% - 100% more performance is quite amazing! I think it's a fantastic laptop and the price is justified.

If Microsoft had put a touch bar in their laptop they would have been laughed at. When you are working you look at the screen not the keyboard. If anything the touchbar should have been at the bottom of the screen not top of the keyboard

Why would you need Spotlight on the TouchBar? Cmd+Space is probably the easiest shortcut of them all.
