This guy is so likable. And my story is not dissimilar, but this basically tells one nothing about how to break in. "We locked ourselves in a room on the WB lot, " is not particularly relatable to someone on the outside trying to break in. I really enjoyed listening to this, but if I were 25 years younger and looking for insight on how to get into the biz, this would be a pretty frustrating listen.

Ha, more than 2..Family (nepotism), Relationships (networking), Produce a film feature or short yourself get it on platforms (tubi, Amazon) and festivals, Shear luck right place right time, Get an entertainment lawyer to get 'looks' at your material, and a few more..

If you want to work behind the camera, get the skills required for that department then sign on with iatse as a permitee, work for tbe number of days required and apply for membership. If you want to be an actor, you have to be very good looking first before you get any acting training. Get some low budget experience and get an agent.

So, the way to break into the business is to have a friend in one of the big studios who can arrange a meeting for you... right, so I should first get a career that gets me access to "friends" who work in the studios and will arrange a meeting for me
