Bettina's Hot Sauce Recipe for Willy's Apple Cider Vinegar

Spice up your life with this punchy hot sauce created by Bettina for Willy's ACV!
'I love a good sauce on pretty much anything and this is a really delicious one with extra added Willy's ACV goodness; perfect for summer BBQ's (yay finally)! and as a fridge staple to slather on anything that needs an extra OOMPH!
Ingredients: Makes 1 x Jar
1 tbsp Willy’s Olive Oil (for frying)
1 red pepper, sliced
4 garlic cloves, sliced
1 inch of ginger, sliced
1 chili, sliced (keep the seeds for extra heat)
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
100 ml Willy’s Eureka Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
Start by heating Willy’s Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced red pepper, garlic, ginger, and chili, sautéing until the garlic is golden and fragrant. Toss in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to blister and soften. Transfer the cooked ingredients to a blender when cooled, add 100 ml of Willy’s Eureka ACV, and blend until smooth. Pour your zesty hot sauce into a jar and let it cool. Enjoy with your favourite dishes for an extra kick! Perfect for adding a burst of flavour to any meal while keeping it healthy and vibrant.
