Pentagon press secretary John Kirby spoke to reporters on Thursday after President Biden announced the U.S. will provide another $800 million of security assistance to Ukraine as Russian forces continue their large-scale offensive to take control of Ukraine’s east. “We’re going to continue to have conversations with the Ukrainians about their needs going forward, but given the kind of fight that we expect is coming, we believe that this will be a force multiplier for them,” Kirby said.

Hate to say it but do they know who is going to get the weapons? Do they really know them? We did this once before arming and training individuals to fight Russia. And a few years later the U.S. spent billions hunting one of those individuals.... they found him in Pakistan. history repeats its self.
