My favorites are:
- The Deluxe Tinker: My personal EDC for about 5 years, it's compact enough to carry in a pouch and has the three tools that I use almost daily: the scissors, the phillips screwdriver, and the very underrated pliers.
- The Tinker Small: Basically the tiny version of my Deluxe, minus the pliers and the scissors. Although the 84 mm format is only slightly shorter than a regular 91mm Victorinox, it makes a quite a difference when you carry it in your pocket.
- The Bantam Alox: Not only it's gorgeous to look at, but it's so slim that it fits inside my wallet! The combo tool is quite useful. I carry it wherever a full-size knife is not discrete enough.
- The Outrider: The best knife in the 111mm range and the best knife for hiking or any outdoor activity. The locking blade is great for more heavy duty woodwork.
- The Rambler: A perfect keychain knife for people who don't want to carry a knife. I've gifted this one countless times and find it better than the Classic SD.

Finally someone with a reasonable list, I am definitely signing up the Huntsman for EDC :)

My first sak is a swiss champ... It is so great! It fits just right in my watch pocket.

Ultimately I think having a swiss champ at home or in a backpack if outdoors, coupled with another sak is a great idea.

In Europe in general, having a big, dangerous looking knife is a big nono.

Saks are just the ideal edc tool here

I carry every day the Trekker and the Tinker. I think the Trekker is the right size with the right tools for what I do. My go-to knife has to have the reamer, the saw, and the blade. I carry the tinker primarily for the small blade for carving. I have re-profiled that blade to make it more effective for whittling.

Great video brother!! Great list! My favourite larger Sak is the Fieldmaster, like I mentioned in a comment on one of your other videos I just picked up a bantam recently and am loving the simplicity of the smaller knife

Out of the the ones in your top 10, the Climber, Swisschamp, and Pioneer X would make it to my list. Some of of my other favorites for EDC include either the Manager or Rally on my key chain, Explorer or Compact for my pocket, and the Workchamp in my rucksack.

I also have a partially serrated OH Sentinal Clip which has got to be my all time favorite - this blade is so amazing and clever that the serration is towards the front of the blade, this is opposite to how most partially serrated knives are, but once you use it, it just makes so much cents - so good that even at the diner table I will use this as my steak knife :). I am actally thinking of getting a Picknicker, but then swapping out the the main blade for the one on the Sentinal - that will make an awesome food knife as it has a heavier duty bottle and can openers, and of coarse corkscrew and nothing else I don't need for this purpose. I kinda like having different knives for different tasks, which is why I would carry several knives in different formats.

PS. A good tip I learned for those who love the Alox models but miss the scale tools, get a Swisscard Classic for you wallet. Even in a super slim wallet it works very well and adds a range of functionality for a nice light EDC.

Pro tip!!.. I have the field master same thing as the huntsman but instead of having the cork screw is has the Phillips screwdriver it fits inside on the change pocket of all of my pants and I honestly never even know it's there untill I need it!! So if you are thinking ya have to go with a smaller model than that and your pants have a change pocket don't worry about it at all! The other models in 91 mm will also fit even better in the change pocket of your jeans trust me you'll never want it in your large pocket again

The Supertinker and the Climber is almost the same, ... except for the Climber having the corkscrew while the Supertinker having the Philips screwdriver... Both are great EDCs for me...😊👌🏻

No no no ;) Deluxe Tinker beats it all because it has Philips screwdriver instead of almost useless corkscrew which you can substitute with a blade that also can open corked bottles.

I bought the hiker, instead of the huntsman. I dont drink (corckscrew) and I can use the blades to do the scissors functions. I wish I have the hook in the hiker. I bought the hiker because it's 3 layers instead of 4 layers, so it's lighter.

Evogrip 16 for me. They don't make it anymore, unfortunately.
