What I am showing you is the Yang Style short form, as taught to me by my teacher Shifu Mon Wong. I am breaking down the Yang Short Form, into approximately 20+ short videos. Normally I would teach this form over several months in live classes. Tai Chi is both a 'moving meditation' and a 'martial art'. Breathing, mindfulness, grounding, Chi, balance, stress reduction and wellness are all areas we will discuss in this series. I hope you will join me for this series.
