Belgrade = Perfect 🇷🇸👌

I haven’t talked about Serbia for quite a while. I wanted to plan a trip this summer, but I couldn’t make it for a number of reasons. I was even invited by Exit Festival in Novi Sad… Ah well, next year hopefully!

I still wanted to give some praise to Belgrade and Serbia though! For people that started following me recently: you NEED to visit Belgrade. It’s everything London wishes to be! 😂

It’s beautiful, exceptionally clean, and Serbians are super kind! For this video I asked AI to compare the safety and affordability of Belgrade to London and this is what it said:

Belgrade is 37% more safe than London. And I can verify this. Every time I have visited Belgrade I felt super safe, during the day as well as at night. Much more so than in most big cities in Western Europe.

I can recommend Belgrade to every solo traveler, male and female. The city is a wonderful destination for family trips as well!

My recommendations on what to do in Belgrade (Serbians feel free to add to this list):
- Kalemegdan fortress (Watch the sunset over the Sava Danube confluence)
- Nikola Tesla museum
- Eat, shop, and explore on Knez Mihailova street
- Belgrade waterfront area
- Saint Sava church

And in terms of prices Belgrade is 63%(!) cheaper than London… Yes London is cool and all, but spending 7 pounds for a coffee is ridiculous.

Keep in mind, Serbia has a lot more to offer than just Belgrade! And I still have to explore most of it too. I hope to definitely do that soon. I have been to Novi Sad as well, but on top of my list are: Zlatibor, Niš, Subotica, and Golubac!
