So...My intrusive thoughts won...

This exact combo is required for the Loop to happen:
4 'To Dust' Jewels (72% reduced Skeletion Duration) + Lv.5 Less Duration gem (20% Quality).

Also, in this variation of the build, we have 92% Life Recoup, 53% Mana Recoup, an additional Curse, and Profane Bloom Explosions.

Now eagerly waiting for the next 5-head build (AND the epic song) from our dear mad scientist!!!

Ayo sir it doesnt work, cannot run the loop only the skeletons spawn. Im using exast same numbers To Dust jewels, infinite flasks and other stuff. cannot figure it out what to do

so i got exactly 72 reduce skely and lvl 5 20 quality less duration but the loop wont start

Speaking of starting the loop, have you tried using the crafted flask #% of Damage Taken from Hits is Leeched as Life during Effect mod?
Will it become easier to survive starting the loop?

This is just a bad build with no redeeming qualities.
You're missing CDR... Damage... Crit.. Ect
