Saurav Joshi Exposed | Fake Vlogs? Copyright Strikes? Truth Revealed

In this video, I’m addressing a serious issue involving India’s biggest vlogger, Saurav Joshi.
He recently sent me a legal notice and a copyright strike, and tried to avoid answering the real questions I had raised.

I’ve presented strong proofs and logical analysis about:

Saurav pretending to be vegetarian while secretly consuming non-veg food.

His claim of “unscripted vlogs” being false — with actual evidence of scripted content.

Why I chose not to reveal our real DMs (he requested me not to), and instead recreated a fake chat to explain my points — respecting his privacy.

If you received a defamation notice for exposing someone using their own video as proof, don't panic. Under Section 499 of the Indian Penal Code, defamation only applies if false statements were made with intent to harm reputation. But there's an important exception:

Exception 1 of Section 499 – Truth published for the public good is not defamation.
If your content is based on truth, uses verifiable proof, and is made for public awareness (not personal attack), you're legally protected.

Here's what you should do:

1. Don't delete the video unless you know it's misleading or contains false claims.


2. Consult a lawyer immediately and send a proper legal reply to the notice.


3. Keep all evidence safe (original files, timestamps, sources).


4. Stay calm. A legal notice is not a court case.

Why tf people care what Sourav Joshi eats. It's his personal choice if he wants to show in video or not. A vlogger does not need to show 100% of his life in vlog. If he drinks or smokes and don't want to show those stuff in video then it's good. He is not promoting bad stuff. Thats good for his audience because kids watch his videos.
