Russia blames Ukraine for lethal strike on Belgorod apartment block | VOANews

Russia blames fragments of a falling Ukrainian missile for a deadly strike on an apartment building in Belgorod. Ukraine so far has offered no comment. This, as Russian forces continue the capture of territory in Ukraine’s northeast. VOA’s Arash Arabasadi has the story.

I remember watching Russia use their anti landmine tank to destroy whole blocks of apartments early in the war.

The block is hit from north to south so it can be Ukraine, because Ukraine shoots from south. One can check the location of the block from this coordinate and compare the blue building next to the block to ensure this is the same place 50°33'27.2"N 36°34'44.3"E

Im not any kinda expert but if you frame by frame right before explosion and zoom it looks like its a car bomb...But again just an armchair opinion, and only 3 blurry frames to go with is a sketchy call.
